Clinical Services
AAA Neuropsychology’s clinical services may be covered by major medical insurances. Test batteries of differing lengths are used in our assessments depending upon the referral question. All require several hours of testing, scoring, interpretation, and report writing.

Insurance plans vary with coverage and services performed. It is each person’s responsibility to know their insurance benefits, rights and responsibilities. Please verify your insurance for benefits and exclusions, and ensure that that neuropsychological or psychological testing would be covered for AAA Neuropsychology, as sometimes coverage for these testing services may be different than your traditional psychotherapy or medical coverage.
Payment Options
We offer sliding scale fee options based on financial need. Please reach out to us for further information on sliding scale options.
No Show/Cancel Fees
We will bill a $150 late cancellation fee for 1 hour appointments (intakes and feedbacks) and $300 for testing appointments that not cancelled with 2 business days’ notice. Our clinical hours are Mondays through Thursdays 8:30am to 4pm.

Out Of Pocket Evaluations
We conduct various non-clinical evaluations that cannot be billed to medical insurance because they are not considered medically necessary for treatment. These include evaluations for legal/forensic purposes, psychoeducational/school based evaluations, Aviation pilot evaluations, police officer candidate evaluations and other private neuropsychological or psychological evaluations.
